  • Description
Genetics: Biscotti (Cookies Fam, UKHTA CUT)
    Generation: S1

The Biscotti strain, named after the most famous Italian almond cookie with chocolate icing.
The cookie and confectionery-like flavor and aroma of the buds will not leave any cannabis smoker indifferent.
The Indica-dominant Biscotti buds are round in shape, resembling a ball, sometimes reaching enormous sizes.

The color of the buds comes in two tones: they are either purple with a brown tint or purple with a bluish hue.

The vibrant flavor resembles cookie dough with a rich, heavy aroma. There is a phenotype with a pronounced chocolate flavor in the cookie aroma. This phenotype occurs in only 25% (1 in 3) of cases.
The primary flavor of this strain is a striking representation of flavors that are recognizable from the first inhale. It's unlikely you'll mistake its unique flavor for the aroma of another strain.

The plant is short but can stretch if it senses a lack of light. It is a light-loving strain and produces excellent yields with abundant light in the red spectrum.

    Cultivation Tips:

    • Although Biscotti loves plenty of light, placing lamps too close to the plant can cause elongation of the bud tips, known as "foxtails."
It is recommended not to place powerful lamps closer than 30 cm to the plants.

    • The buds grow densely, producing a lot of foliage during the vegetative stage. Therefore, a week before transitioning to flowering, the plant responds well to defoliation.
Moderate defoliation can also be carried out during the first half of the flowering stage, positively affecting bud yield and density.

    • The plant is a heavy feeder and, with a combination of abundant light and CO2, can grow faster and feed more intensively. However, this only works when all three factors are present.
Complex overdoses are reflected almost immediately in the plant's foliage, which takes on unnatural shades. Leaves act as indicators, helping growers recognize dosage errors.

    • The specific terpenes of this strain are highly volatile. After drying, the buds should be stored in jars and placed in a cool location for proper storage. Left exposed, the buds can quickly lose their vibrant aroma. During drying, it is not recommended to direct airflow toward the buds to avoid over-drying them.
